#freetim ist der Hashtag, der sehr hilfreich ist, um sich bei Twitter in Bezug auf das Strafgerichtsverfahren gegen Tim H. aktuell auf dem Laufenden zu halten. Man kann und sollte diesen Hashtag aber auch nutzen, um sich solidarisch zu zeigen!
Neues Deutschland schreibt aktuell in »Die fünf Männer mit dem Megaphon«, ich zitiere:

Offenkundig ist aus Sicht der Verteidigung, dass es sich nicht um ein Versehen der Beamten handelt, die das Filmmaterial bearbeiteten. Tims Anwalt Ulrich von Klinggräff warf den Polizisten vielmehr eine »ganz deutlich manipulative Arbeit« vor: Man habe »zielgerichtet« Passagen ausgewählt, die sich auf eine Person konzentrierten. Er sagte, die Bildbearbeiter hätten ihm im Oktober 2014 mitgeteilt, auf dem Video vier bis fünf Personen mit Megafon erkannt zu haben. Warum diese entlastende Erkenntnis bei der Filmbearbeitung unter den Tisch fiel, soll am nächsten Prozesstag erörtert werden: Einer der Beamten ist für den 6. Januar als Zeuge geladen.
Dem habe ich nichts hinzufügen, außer das hier wohl ein abschreckendes Exempel (rechter Kreise) statuiert werden soll, um politisch aktive Menschen des Antinazi-Widerstands und Proteste in Form zivilen Ungehorsams gegen Nazis/Neo-Nazis zu diskreditieren. Die Staatsmacht ist auf dem rechten Auge anscheinend etwas blind! Was ist eigentlich mit den rechtsradikalen Gesinnungsgenossen der Nazis/Neonazis im Richteramt oder in der Polizei?
